-Kronospan/Cadbury meeting room until Parish hall facilities improve

Secretarial services – E-mail to NMC a possibility for now – Them to post hard copy out prior to meetings. Funds needed for a secretary to be repaid for print, post etc.

Chirk fun day –    NMC will attend to seek info from residents

                             Newsletter group to attend – Affiliation to CCF

                             Possibly Groundwork with suggestions

Projects past – Mention Cadbury working at the Youth club, School, Station, Millennium Garden, Xmas lights

Projects on the go – All - Discuss completion, publicising and links to our groups work. Website, walking routes, tourism strategy with Bob Haynes.

Item to go into newsletter about CCF and chance to influence at the fun day.

Publicise group effectively from next project June 2^nd – who can attend to help?
