Terry and Andy met with Alan Guest, Steve Jones  and Jonathan Price. Offered their support in working to the time scale required for WinB judging. They will also survey current provision and support us if we need to contact any businesses with regard to their responsibilities for their environment. Contact AG about conservation area restrictions.

Council have now planted 1000 bulbs around Chirk. Terry ordered further 6,000 at a cost of £300. Has £100 donations, forum to underwrite further £200 until donations are collected.

AVOW grant criteria discussed:

£2500: seating, bins, fencing & landscaping.

£1000: meadow grassing, planting & hedging.

£1000: Gardening club, schools & competitions.
